  1. Q Will you always meet with your delivery date?
    A We will do our utmost to do so but we cannot be held responsible for the weather conditions
  2. Q Will my building need treatment straight away after erection?
    A We treat all our buildings inside and out with an anti fungal dip but if you feel the need to do so please feel free
  3. Q How many windows will my building have as standard?
    A This all depends on the size of the building you purchase
  4. Q Does the base come with the building?
    A The matchboad floors of the building yes but not the slab base. It is the customers responsibility to lay their own base.
  5. Q My base is not completely flat, will this make any difference in the building?
    A Yes, a big difference. Your base needs to be completely level to give your building a longer life.
  6. Q How long will it take to erect my building?
    A If we are erecting your building it would depend on the size but for a smaller building it would take about 30 minutes. Own erection could take a lot longer but if you follow the instruction pack you should be well covered within one hour.
  7. Q Can we have a small wood burning stove in our building?
    A Under no circumstances are you be put any heat into our building. Intense heat will split the shiplap.
  8. Q What length of guarantee will I get with my building?
    A We do not give any guarantee with the building. Timber is a naturally growing product and no responsibility can be taken for shrinkage or expansion. This does not affect your statutory rights. But if you have a genuine greivance we are available on our help desk where a member of staff will try to help you.
  9. Q Will you give me a delivery time for my building?
    A No as we are delivering nationwide we can not be responsible for traffic and weather conditions.
  10. Q If I request delivery only of my building would you take it to the rear of my property?
    A No we will deliver to front of the rear only.
